Advancing Immigrant Economic Empowerment Through Entrepreneurship
The Ezirim Foundation advances immigrant economic mobility through structured entrepreneurship support.
We work at the intersection of integration and enterprise — preparing newcomer entrepreneurs to navigate Canadian business systems, increase income, and contribute meaningfully to Winnipeg’s economy.
Through partnership, governance discipline, and outcome-driven programming, we aim to strengthen the economic participation of under-represented communities.
The Ezirim Foundation operates between settlement services and mainstream business accelerators, preparing newcomer entrepreneurs to engage confidently with financial institutions, incubators, and economic development programs.
We complement — not duplicate — existing services.
The Newcomer Business Launchpad is an 8-week structured entrepreneurship program designed to prepare early-stage newcomer entrepreneurs to launch viable, compliant, and income-generating businesses in Manitoba.
The program focuses on business fundamentals, financial readiness, regulatory navigation, and ecosystem integration — ensuring participants are prepared to engage confidently with lenders, incubators, and the broader economic landscape.
This is a readiness program — not a casual workshop series.
