Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing www.ezirimfoundation.ca or creating an account (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who can use this Site

The Newcomer Business Launchpad and related programs are intended for adult entrepreneurs (18+) in their first 0–5 years in Canada. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Program enrollment and payments

Some courses are free; others require payment, processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling in a paid course, you authorize us to charge the listed price to your payment method.

Refunds: Requests for refunds on paid course enrollment are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact ezrae@ezirimfoundation.ca before or shortly after starting a course. Donations made through the Site are generally non-refundable.

4. Course content and intellectual property

All course materials, videos, and site content are owned by Ezirim Foundation or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell course content without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or let others use your enrollment
• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the Site's operation
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

6. Program outcomes

The Newcomer Business Launchpad and related programs provide education, guidance, and ecosystem connections. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or funding outcome from participation.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezirim Foundation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site and request account deletion at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
